3. Course Access and Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the courses you have purchased for your personal, non-commercial use.

Share your account credentials with others
Download, copy, or redistribute course content
Use automated tools to access the platform
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or commercialize any part of the service
3.3 Course Availability
We strive to keep courses available, but we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time without notice. Course content may be updated or changed without prior notification.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. To be eligible for a refund:
Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
Course completion must be less than 30%
Certificate must not have been downloaded

Note: Upon termination, you will lose access to all courses and any associated content. Downloaded certificates will remain valid.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AFK Zone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
